My Nephew Kyle Sisson and his illness

I have a handsome courageous amazing nephew.Kyle Sisson he is 14 years old and was diagnosed with CF when he was 3 days old. the past 14 years have been stressful to say the least, with hospital appointments medication and stress on family and friends. the past year has been even more upsetting due to picking up more infections on his lungs. his lung function has dropped to 53% and is staying at that level. he has just recently picked up a new infection on the lungs called cerpacia, he also has pseudomonas, no immune system CF diabetic, his pancreas does not work,and takes a lot of medication, has a nebuliser 3 times a day also physio 3 times a day. he has very low self-esteem to a point where he wants to give up now as he cant see his lung function getting any better and the medication and Iv's he is on dangerously messes with his CF diabetes. he tell the nurses just give me a tablet and it will all be over, hes fed up with all the aspects that come with this illness. as he is now unable to socialise with friends, school is a no go due to spending a lot of time in birmingham childrens hospital. we know he has a life expectancy and don't know when this will be, he seems to be on a downward spiral.
His mum has recently had 2 strokes through stress and worry, and continues to work, plus worry about keeping everything going around her. his one brother has IGA deficiency and no immune system. his other brother is epileptic. dad has severe arthritis but still continues to work and worry about their lives. we don't know how much longer we have my Nephew for, my nephews is terminal,. We would to build him his own cabin down the bottom of his garden so his friends can visit as he struggles to socialise out. it would be his own little kingdom away from the house and time to himself with friends when he needs it.
i also think when my nephew does come to the end of his life his mum dad and brothers will be able to get comfort out of his memories and somewhere they can grieve with a feeling of him being close.
this breaks my heart to say this about my nephew, i hope you can help us, we would be extremely grateful forever. thank you for your support and loving caring funds. it will be lovely to see my nephews face if we can make this happen.
