Future Astronaut Needs Your Help

Donation protected
I was born in the Mojave Desert of California with an impressive view of the night sky and a heart full of ambitions and aspirations. I set my goals on the heavens as a child and have not lost interest ever since. Currently, I attend Pensacola High School in the rigorous International Baccalaureate program. I desire to become an astronaut for either NASA or a private corporation, but my first step will be ,God-willing, to be admitted into the US Naval Academy or US Air Force Academy and align myself with a government position.
I am creating this campaign to help fund one of my most recent accomplishments. I was handpicked to have the opportunity to attend the highly selective Congress of Future Science and Technology Leaders at the University of Massachusetts and expand my connections and knowledge. I was selected by the directors of the university and even John C. Mather, Ph.D., winner of the 2006 Nobel Prize in Physics, for my outstanding academic achievements and excellent GPA. It is an honor to have even been considered for this event, and I was absolutely thrilled to hear about all the great benefits previous attendees had experienced.
However, this congress is very expensive to take part in. While I did receive a $300 scholarship, I will need either $1485 by February 3, 2018 (the regular price is $1785), or I can make a deposit of $544 on February 3, and then two more monthly payments of $544 for a total of $1632 (there is a 10% service charge). The rest of the funds will be used for travel expenses to and from Boston, including meals and other necessities. Please consider helping me reach my goals and taking part in aiding our country to lead the world in the next age of space exploration! Due to the short notice on receiving this invitation on January 17, I have no choice but to ask for your assistance! I am in desperate need of your help as the deadline looms right around the corner.
Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated, and I vow that when I am older and have made it through college I will donate money back into this website and try my best to have a positive impact. I will be so appreciative for help because this may have a direct impact on my future. This opportunity may decide which college I am accepted to or where I attend. This may decided whether I can become an astronaut or not. A dream lies in the balance! Thank you!
