My mother’s final days

My best friend and hero, my mother, will be leaving this earth far too soon. She has metastatic breast cancer that has spread throughout her body. She has been placed on hospice and is now in a hospice house for her final days. My life has brought me to live many many miles away from her. As a single mom of my two boys, money is very tight most months. I would love nothing more to be able to spend these final days with my mother as well as my baby. However in order to do that, I would have to go without getting paid (minus three bereavement days that I’m incredibly thankful for). And between flight costs, and keeping up with bills back home, it’s near impossible for me to even begin to make it work on my own.  Being with her and my sister during this time would mean absolutely everything  in this world to me. I’m humbly asking for anything that anyone would like to give in order for me to be able to come home and give a proper goodbye to my momma. Even just to hold her hand and kiss her sweet face and say “I love you” face to face once more. It would be appreciated more than you could possibly imagine!
