My Mom Transplant

Hello to all, my name is Tiffany and I am setting up this Go Fund Me account on behalf of my mother Theresa Staten. With tears coming down my face and my hand shaking,  I KNOW YOU MAY SEE A LOT OF GO FUND ME ACCOUNTS BUT PLEASE DON'T OVERLOOK THIS!!! My mom is a very private person so it took a lot for me to set this account up. This lady is an absolute wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter and friend. On Aug.27,2016 my mother was helping an elderly woman pick up a bag of ice at a gas station. Out of no where her arm snapped in half ( 1 cm from protruding through her skin). Once she arrived at the hospital the doctors knew there was an underline issue. On Sept. 1, 2016 doctors diagnosed my mom with Stage 3 Multiple Myeloma Cancer. Since then she has done 2 weeks of radiation ,3 cycles of chemotherapy and she is also doing physical therapy. Doctors now need her to undergo Stem Cell Transplant ASAP. We have prayed, cried, asked for prayers, and prayed some more....but 1 thing we know is that we serve an AWESOME God and he is a healer! The only unfortunate part is the financial stress. We were told a few days ago that this Transplant is not covered under her insurance and the estimated price for the Transplant is $10,000. We also found out that my mom don't have short term disability with the job she has been with for 12 years and FMLA is unpaid. Due to chemo she is unable to continue working, and there is a 5-6 month recovery time after the Transplant. I am unable to work because she has to be at the Cancer center 2-3 times a week which is an hour away and make her extremely tired. And not to mention she still have bills. I am an only child who is battling Lupus. Trying to stay strong and well to see my mom through the most trying time in her life. So every donation help, and we truly understand if you can not donate, but PLEASE share and pray for my mom/family.
