My missing cat was hit by a car

I have re-homed 5 cats after their owners have died.
My best friend died in October 2018 leaving 2 beautiful cats, Minnie (black and white approx 7/8 yr old) and Shadow (all black 12 yr old).
Minnie has always been more of an outdoor cat so when she went missing for the week we didn't worry too much as she had done this previously and found her way back unharmed. This time she wasn't so lucky. She managed to drag herself back home but has had to visit the vets due to what we suspect to be a car accident, how ever it has happened we don't really know but she has suffered a major trauma leaving her with a limp tail and an inability to control her toileting, along with little to no feeling in her back legs. She has been to the vets tonight to have her bladder emptied (this has cost me all this weeks food allowance) and she still has to go again in the morning for x-rays and any other surgery needed. Minnie has become a very special cat to my son who is suspected of having Autism, helping him to stay calm in his times of anxiety. Please help us get Minnie healthy again. Thank you.
