My Gapmedic Program

In the middle of July I plan on traveling to the Dominican Republic for a medical journey of a life time. I will be attending a program called Gap Medics, which will place me in a hospital, in the DR, for 2 weeks learning and experiencing the life of a doctor. During this time I will have the opportunity to watch surgeries, learn patient care, understand the pace of a hospital, and much more! After high school I plan on going to medical school to become a pediatrician. This program offers learning experience I can't find anywhere else.
