My friend Tre

                  I am so blessed and thankful to be able to meet many people in my life. Most  are short lived passings of interesting conversations and perhaps a few shared laughs. There are however a few that just stick and become life long friends. That’s how I’d describe my relationship with Tre....we met on a trip and our friendship clicked. Over the years we flew several trips together; we’ve had the funniest conversations on the phone. He was there when I married the love of my life. We’ve shared some food and always shared a lot of laughs. His happy nature and sense of humor always kept me entertained. You can’t help but smile when he’s around. So many stories and silly conversations. From sandwiches in the galley with Ricky to cupcakes in the trash. Orange and banana peals in the bed and really bad singing on the phone....he’s a good no great friend. I know he would be there for me.

A couple of years ago Tre was diagnosed with sarcoma. He was able to beat it for awhile but the witch is back with a vengeance. I want to help my dear friend in his time of need. He would never ask a soul but I feel the need to do something...anything to help. I know my friends...our friends are always there for each other.
