Help me go on my very first missions trip!
My name is Kristine Rodgerson & I've lived in Hopatcong, New Jersey for over 12 years. I've been married for 11 years to my husband Jamie.
God loves people in my city. He also loves people in other cities in America. I am invited to participate in a short term missions experience, a Firebase Outreach called Love Los Angeles. This is a book of Acts type outreach with worship+prayer+outreach happening 24 hours for 10 days in Los Angeles between the dates of October 29th to Nov 4th.
In the times we live in, people are hurting and looking for real hope. As believers, we have the answers and we are to share our hope with the lost. In my journey to become closer to God's heart, I have a burden to share the Good News and I am excited to participate in LOVE LA!
I will be taking time off work to dedicate to this purpose and be used by God to bless others. My budget includes registration, airfare, metro pass, daily food, lodging, and a love offering to the outreach itself. I will give updates to what happens on Facebook so you can track my progress while I pray and share Jesus with those I come across on the trip. Seek the Lord on how you can partner with me in this. Every little bit helps!
The harvest is great the laborers are few. I am a laborer with the heart to go. Will you partner with me and share in the harvest and blessing of those hurting and in need of hope?
