My Education trip

Hi everyone! 2016 has definitely been a revolutionarly year in my educational pursuits, allowing me to gain insight into how I hope to live the rest of my life. So I'm here, talking to you, with the hopes that you can gain a little insight into what's behind my motives. I'm a junior at Carroll Senior High School, and through my AP Art History class, I've been offered to attend a 2 week trip to Prague, Dresden, Vienna, and Berlin. This trip includes museum visits and lots of sightseeing, however that is not entirely the reason for my eagerness to go. My interest in cultural arts, lingusitics, and the desire to experience everything the world has to offer, fuels my effort to make this happen. Throughout my highschool experience, I've taken 3 years of spanish and am currently in my second year of advanced french, and it's through these classes, rather the study of foreign language and it's history, that I've found what I love to do. In college, I intend to study abroad and further my ambitions, making this trip a first step towards my future. It is through this experience I feel I will find something that will lead me to the life I want to make for myself. School has always been a sort of comfort for me, partly due to my solitude in knowledge and stimulation, and I know that this trip will aid my educational and personal developement. It is the understanding of language and culture that prompts the fundumental understanding of people, which is extremely important to me. I believe that people are the accumulation of their experiences, so the more the experience, the more there is to a person. Your donations will fund airfare, residation, food, and fees, but will also fund my evolution as a person that wishes to study and satiate my insatiable desire for the world. The deadline for my balance is January 6th, 2017, which is coincidentally a day before my 17th birthday. For Christmas and my birthday combined, I ask for your help.
