My dog Reggie Needs a Colonoscopy

Donation protected
In summer 2017, my 13-year-old French Bulldog/pug, Reggie, began having severe diarrhea. In March 2018, I took him to a specialist and she recommended a colonoscopy based on an abnormality in his large intestine that she found. I tried all conservative medications and methods for 6 more months, but in September, his regular vet told me we did all we could, and we cannot diagnose his condition without the colonoscopy.

His symptoms have been getting worse and he is in pain. He is losing his appetite and his energy. He is a very sensitive and loving dog, and normally filled with a lot of spunk. Reggie is my best friend and my family. All we have is each other at this point in our lives.

I need financial assistance because I lost my job earlier this year, and I am struggling to pay for Reggie's vet bills and my own expenses without any other financial support.

I lost my other dog, my 16-year-old pug, Lizzie, in October, and I can't lose Reggie, too. The doctor said it may be cancer, but we won't know until Reggie has the procedure. Based on his current status, she said we can treat his condition, and possibly save his life and reduce his pain, once we know for sure if it is cancer or an autoimmune disease.

Any contributions, large or small, will be greatly appreciated.
