My dog diamond needs surgery

My dog diamond went missing yesterday and I found her this morning she can home all bloody and swollen she is in need of surgery to.have he leg took off. She is one of my.kids and a very sweet baby she is her legs are all tore up and her hip bone is broke and femar bone is broke I.do not want to put her to sleep so can I please get yalls help wit this I would be greatly appreciated and so will she. I was told that she was tortured and abused by someone and they don this to her. Im looking for the people who done it and I will get justice for my dog. My kids 5 & 3 are very devastated being that Diamond is there first pet please whatever you can do would greatly help me wit the cost of letting her live thank.you in advance she cant walk or nothing.
