My attempt at feeling normal

My name is Darren but my family and friends call me TJ. I used to play video games in my teens(I’m 30) but I was limited to games that only required pressing one button at a time. I used a mouth stick to play the game. I tried finding an adaptive device but didn’t find anything. It’s for individuals who aren’t able to use their hands. If I am able to get this device I think it would bring a little normalcy to my life. I spend most my time in my room and a lot of that time is in bed.
