MUSIK RETTET summer camp'19- holidays from the war

Donation protected
This is Masha, we met her in Zolote - a small city in eastern Ukraine ripped up by the frontline. Masha lives together with her father and grandmother. Her mother left the family.

Masha is 8 years old, 5 of which she spent in a war. She is used to it and doesn't remember what does it mean, to live in peace.

Masha is a very warm hearted and gifted girl, she likes to paint and do handicraft, she loves music and plays piano.

Masha is one of the 40 kids on our list to visit our MUSIK RETTET summer camp in Brandenburg (Germany) this summer.

All of those 40 kids have similar destiny.

We want to help and give them a holiday from a war.

Please support us to fulfill our intention!

Please support MUSIK RETTET Summer camp!

All proceeds will be given to pay the costs of travel and accommodation for the kids in our MUSK RETTET summer camp.

EVERY CENT CAN HELP!

And You are wellcome to visit our kids :)

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT US:

Under the slogan MUSIK RETTET (engl. “music saves”) we travel to the war torn cities on the Ukrainian front line and carry out cultural and rehabilitation projects.

Since summer 2016 we organize MUSIK RETTET Summer camps and bring war traumatized children and adolescents to Germany for two weeks for recovery and rehabilitation, where our kids take part in musical, artistic and therapeutic workshops, enjoy the tranquility and nature, experience the colorful city of Berlin and European traditions and culture.

We want to relieve their emotional pain, we want to give the children a bit of peace, new friends and a beautiful, unforgettable time.

We want to give them an instrument for self-healing and self-discovery. Through art and music people with different life experiences find better access to each other. Art can become an everyday part of life and a way out of difficult situations.

So far 80 children and teenager had the opportunity to enjoy holidays from the war in our summer camps. Our project inspires the young people to own cultural and social projects.

Our next plans: MUSIK RETTET Summer camps in Brandenburg (near Berlin) in july and august 2019 (two groups of 20 children from Maryinka, Zaitseve, Avdiivka and Zolote).
