Mums eye operation

My mum needs urgent eye surgery and Iam unable to pay the amount hence I would like abit of help on behalf of my mum as she is in Fiji and I want to call her to  New Zealand and get the surgery done she is alone in Fiji and have no one to look after her as Iam also in New Zealand n have a family here New Zealand is not allowing her to come on a visit as she has other medical issues I would really like her to come and get her eye surgery done as now she has even worst eye sight problm and can't see much at all any help will b appricated Thank u
