Multiple Surgeries Needed

Two years ago I started my own business and unforatunately it's still growing so it's not in the profitable area yet. Since I own my own business, we have to purchase our own insurance which costs a lot and doesn't really cover a lot. 

Unfortunately, we just got some bad news. My hips are failing and I have to have a total hip replacement. I was born premature and because of this I have shallow hip joints. I have done physical therapy, injections, and everything else my doctor has suggested to delay the inevitable as long as possible. Unfortunately, it can't be delayed any longer. It's getting to the point where I can barely walk because of the pain. I also found out that my shoulder surgery I had done a few years ago did not work and I need shoulder surgery again. 

My wife was in a horrible car accident 2 years ago and she is in need of neck surgery as well. She stays home with our 3 young children and is unfortunately in pain most days and this surgery can help her so she's no longer in pain. 

Between our surgeries and my not being able to work, we are in desperate need of help. Thank you for being willing and God bless.
