Noelia Muniz's Funeral Fund

Donation protected
Hello everyone,

My name is Natasha Muniz and I will be speaking on behalf of my family.

Words cannot describe how I feel at the moment. I lost my mother, my best friend, and my angel. I’m pouring my heart and soul into this go funding campaign with the hopes for help.

On December 17, my mother Noelia Muniz was admitted to Saint Micheals Hospital in Newark, New Jersey with flu-like symptoms. Each day she exceedingly got worst, and her health began drastically deteriorating. On December 25, Christmas Day, my mother passed away at the young age of 53 from encephalitis. A virus that attacked her brain. This has been devastating to our family, friends, and everyone who knew and loved her.

Unfortunately, we are under extreme financial constraints and in need of funding to make her funeral memorable. We are short by $5,000. The average funeral cost ranges from $10,000 and up. All of the funding will go directly to her funeral expenses. We are almost at our goal and we need your support.

Im asking all of my friends, family, and anyone with a heart to help us in this time of need.

My mother Noelia was a beautiful soul and she always gave to others. She was a great daughter,  mentor, a loving mother, and a grandmother. Most importantly, she was a woman of wisdom. My mother was the type of person who kept her “door open” to everyone. She was the type of woman that you would want to call mom and many did. In my eyes, my Mother did one of the most selfless act I have ever known.

She had such a selfless heart, she helped my non-biological sister Shayla Dunn find herself through her youth years by taking her in when she fell in love with my brother at a very young age. She did it because she knew what the future held for them. As a result, they are still here standing strong after nineteen years! Her unconditional motherly love for Shayla helped her become the woman that she is. She taught Shayla what a REAL mother's love is, and now she passes her  morals and love  to her own children. Shayla's own biological mother couldn't give her daughter theses qualities. Noelia told her time and time again, "You are my daughter!" That's something that will forever be branded into Shayla's heart. Noelia always believed and motivated her and many others.  Shayla obtained her high school diploma and graduated from college with honors. She will continue to pass the love to her children . That love will be instilled in her forever!

Most importantly, she has made a profound impact in many people’s lives. She leaves behind a husband, two daughters, a son, four grandchildren, and her mother and two brothers.

Overall, I would be forever grateful to anyone who makes a donation wheather it’s a big or small contribution. Every donation counts to making her funeral possible.

The world will truly miss Noelia Muniz. We love you mom.
