Help A Small Family Butcher Shop

Mt. Angel Meat Co. is a small family owned butcher shop that has been around since 1908, proudly serving its local community. Recently, we have come into a bit of financial trouble, and we are working on a new business plan and financial strategy to help the company's future, in order for us to keep providing our community with the same quality service they have come to expect from us.

The biggest obstacle we are facing is getting a new roof for part of the building. We hired a local company a few years ago to put a new roof on, and it started leaking not too long after installation. The new roof came with a warranty, but when we tried to get ahold of the company who built it we found out they were no longer in business, meaning we are stuck with this expense, all while trying to make other ends meet. This resulted in us having to shut down part of the building until we can fix this issue.

Any funding we may recieve will go towards getting a new roof installed over our store front, with any additional funding going towards remodeling the store and new equipment to help us better serve our customers. We are working on getting funding, but with the store front closed sales have been down from the normal amounts making it harder to come up with the funding that we need. Any help that you may be able to provide will be greatly appreciated and will allow us to continue doing what we love, serving our community with quality services and products.
