Send MSUAAF to NATIONALS!

We hear Phoenix is beautiful in June"”but we won't believe it until we see it!

We are MSUAAF, a fully functioning student-run ad agency. Each year we are presented with a corporate sponsor and an advertising goal. We review their case study and thoroughly research the market. From that information we develop a professional and strategic campaign, executions, plans book, presentation and whole kaboodle.

This year's campaign for Glidden paint at Walmart did something incredible: it blew away all expectations. Out of the 21 highly competitive teams, we placed first! Usually MSU places in the top 4, but this is the first time in more than 10 years that we are moving on.

Our next stop is Phoenix, Arizona for the National Student Advertising Competition and ADMERICA!

We're a tightly-knit group and have all worked so hard this year. After the late nights and long hours, we've become more than a team, we've become a family and we can't imagine anyone being left behind. We all want and deserve the opportunity to see our campaign presented (and win) at nationals.

ADMERICA! is a great opportunity for the team to meet professionals in the industry"”keynote speakers include the guys behind Allstate commercials and founder of Mashable"”and bring what we learn to future years of MSUAAF and Michigan State. More importantly, it's a great way to represent Michigan State University and its advertising program. If it wasn't for the support of the Ad department and all the wonderful faculty involved, we would not have made it this far.

To send our entire team to the National Student Advertising Competition and ADMERICA! conference in Phoenix, we need to raise an additional $10,000 (it costs about $16,000 and we're digging out of our own shallow college kid wallets to bring that figure down).
