Support Ms. Olga our loving Teacher

Olga Krichever (Ms. Olga to most of us) has been a teacher at the ECC/Community Synagogue for over 20 years. She has welcomed many of our families and children into her heart and as an educator and friend. Olga and her husband Paul came to our community from Israel in 1992. Port Washington welcomed them with love and open arms into the community as it has for so many of us thourght the years.
Over the Passover holiday, her 5-year-old Grandson was diagnosed with a an awful illness. He lives close by to Olga and Paul and they are very involved in his life and family. He loves all things trucks and architecture and would like to be one when he grows up.
Since his diagnosis over Passover, he has been undergoing intensive treatment and is receiving the best care possible. Both Olga and Paul work full time and would like nothing more to be able to be by his side during his treatments and in his new surroundings in his daily life.
Ms. Olga will take a indefinite leave of absence from working at the ECC in order to spend the weekdays with her beautiful grandson. Allowing him someone he loves by his side during the weekday hours ahead.
We have all been taught it is a Mitzvah to help those in need. Today let's help Olga and alleviate the financial and emotional strain they face ahead during this difficult time.
