Nugget

Nugget is a foster/rescue she came to my friend nikki beginning of the year,she was told neither nugget or Billy was pregnant to then 4 weeks later finding nugget in labour she had 4 babies her sister Billy had 3 kittens 2 weeks later,nugget as been poorly most the night,myself and nikki got her to vets who have noe found her to have an overlapping intestine shes currently been operated on,shes not yet 2 and a nursing mummy please help all you can thankyou
