Where to begin...

At the age of 15 (in 2006) I was blessed with the most amazing and precious cat I have ever known.

Suffering myself with lifelong mental illness she has helped brighten even the darkest of days with simply her presence and docile, loving nature, day after day. She has never once scratched, bitten or disobeyed me, she is my baby and despite the flack I get as a man for loving her so deeply, I simply love her as if she was my own blood. She is my one constant, my beacon of light in a dark world.

All the horror and pain I have felt and seen in my life seems to wash away just gazing upon her and feeling her soft fur and hearing her purr. Everything about her is amazing to me, she is irreplaceable. I have thousands of pictures and videos to remind me of all the moments we have shared.

In 2018 at the age of 12 she was diagnosed with inoperable tumours, surrounding her neck and despite having two operations, no more could be done, no therapy, drug or medicine could remove the tumours from around her main arteries, they have since spread and Mrs Tinkle can no longer eat solid food, she eats paste but even this causes her to cough and choke which is painful to hear. She also has laboured breathing from Pleural Effusion and her time is running out.

I wish to have her put to sleep AT HOME with me, so we don't have to go to that strange place we humans call "the vet", she can be surrounded by her loved ones and die in peace on her favourite blankie.

I want her to pass on in a warm, loved and comforted environment and not a horrible sterile vet filled with strange people, animals, smells and surroundings she does not know. I believe she has earned that for her service and love to me.

I also would thereafter be getting her CREMATED ON HER OWN and these two things put together is far in excess of what I can afford.

Mrs. Tinkle has an instagram (@mrs.tinkle) and many "furrends" if you would like to see more of her and her condition since it was diagnosed.

I hope if you can even put £1 towards this goal, I know I can give her the send off she deserves.
