MRI 3D image reconstruction for me and world
Donazione protetta
In 2001, I earned a Ph.D. , in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, Thesis: "Spectral estimation of NMR relaxation [microform] : a consequence of a study on ethanol neurotoxicity." I have been disabled since 2008 by disunited rib fractures. This has progressed to broken cartilage of the costal margin and "lung hernia". I do my own radiological data processing. See CT 3D image reconstruction, above. This is worth USD$1000 in labor. My physician has recently been offered MRI imaging for me due to a recent fall. When I get MRI scan, I will be able to do MRI 3D image reconstruction. This is on the bleeding edge of International research, because my affliction is rare according to the WHO, but does afflict 700,000 souls globally. 'Rare' does not get funded or studied. My intention is to educate radiologists via WWW or other simple means of communications. 3D reconstruction lifts the geometric confusion of more conventional Tomographic imaging. For surgery to be contemplated, both x-ray CT imaging of bone and MRI imaging of soft tissue are required. What I do for myself may be of benefit to others. The funds I raise will be used as fast as costs are accrued. While decrepitude may not be fatal, it is statistically associated with increased morbidity and decreased life expectancy.
