What began as a small group of 14 on Christmas Eve of 2004 has resulted into a vibrant, diverse faith community. Our commitment to south Florida through our parish life is manifested in our ministries that serve various senior residences, nursing homes, hospitals as well as our animal friends and their companions.
To continue our faith mission in the manner of Francis and Clare of Assisi, we find ourselves in need of a new parish home. We recently were told that our parish home since 2009 has been sold to redevelopers. The building will be demolished and we must relocate by June 2017.
In order to continue these ministries it is our hope and prayer to purchase a new home; leases have a way of expiring as we have realized.
We come to you, our friends and faith partners to help us in any way possible to achieve our goal. We ask you to think about supporting us in this venture through your prayers as well as your time, talent and treasure.

We, the family of the Parish of Sts. Francis & Clare are a Catholic, Christian community that reaches to all God’s people by providing a living witness to all called from various and diverse backgrounds – all are welcome to the table of Jesus. As followers of Francis, we are called to celebrate the diversity and uniqueness of every person as God’s gift to us. In the spirit of Franciscan joy , we go forth to proclaim the Good News – using words if necessary.
We want to welcome the entire community enjoy the warmth and love of our parish by participating in the sacramental life of the Church; especially who have been turned away by others.
