https://youtu.be/QxJQXLuCxDoMy son Gannon has duchenne muscular dystrophy. The treatment called gene therapy he will be starting very soon is in Ohio . We just got the call last week . This is a huge opportunity for gannon , it’s no cure but it’s the next best thing for him to live a quality life . We have to live in the state of Ohio for him to get his medicaid transferred to pay for these treatments and be involved in the trial . As everyone knows Jason got hurt and had surgery on his foot in February so he’s been out of work . It’s just been me working so we are already struggling with bills . So moving expenses isn’t in the cards without help . We have to have first month rent /deposit plus turning on power , renting a uhaul for our stuff , gas etc. and it isn’t cheap . We don’t have very long his treatment is July 30th and by then we have to already have settled in to an Ohio residence and switched his medicaid to Ohio from Georgia ssi /disability office for it to pay . If not we have to come out of pocket for treatment which we don’t have . Anything , anybody can do to help would be appreciative!!!
