Down Payment 4 Mom retirement home

Support one of my greatest dreams and help me be able to buy a home that can accomodate my aging mother.  What we need is one home with separate living quarters so I can take care of her as she ages.  

She fell down the stairs of her place and injured herself, so we are going to get her a one level access. 

Many of you know that retirement homes are very expenive. She lives on a fixed retirement income has to find a place in the next 90 days so time is of the essence, which is how this campaign got started.

Being self-employed over the past decade makes buying a home challenging,  but having a decent payment  will help out immensely.

As an only child, making sure my mom is taken care of as she gets older is a priority.  And having a safe haven will allow for both of these dreams to come true.
I know many of you can appreciate what this would mean to us.
