Life has a way of turning us around and upside down. 2 years ago my mom's dementia accelerated after a simple procedure and had to be placed in a nursing home. Last year my father fell down and fractured his pelvic bone and became wheel chair bound. Their ages, 94 and 96 respectfully. 10 years ago I moved in the downstairs apartment to take care of them. After my father fell he went into the same nursing home. Because I took care of them, Medicaid couldn't take the family house. August of 2018 my boss's of 18 years suddenly passed away in his sleep. April of 2019 my social security starts. I have been living on my savings account since August of 2018! Time to sell the house. Not that easy, with little help. After being a mechanic for 20 plus years and standing on concrete, my legs and feet, back also makes it very painful to stand for longer the 30 minutes at a time. To look for another job in the northeast at age 61 is impossible.  Put the house in the hands of a realtor and headed south before the winter storms started. Hoping, wishing and praying that the house sells fast. Life doesn't work out sometimes the way one would expect. Headed to Florida. Wanting to start a new life. Found a house to buy but don't have the funds. Can't get financing without an income, savings accounts nearing zero, credit card bills piling up. What to do? Time to ask for a miracle. Time to ask for a little bit of trust. Time to ask for a loan. A gift. Need to raise money to buy a retirement house before the family house sells. Will pay all of money raised back after family house sells. Can this be done? Will someone help?
