Morgan's Medical Help

As some of you may know Morgan (Ninja Liquor) was admitted to hospital the Sunday night. What you may not know is why. She suffered chest pain followed by loss of feeling on her right side while simply making dinner. We got her to the hospital in a pretty timely manner and they administered tPA, a pretty substantial blood thinner used to treat signs and symptoms of a stroke. It also has risks, internal bleeding being the biggest which means they require a 24 hour stay and monitoring in the surgical intensive care unit. As well as longer possible monitoring and likely some sort of rehab.

The good news is she's doing well, recovering strongly, and doesn't appear to have any serious damage. The not so good news is (so far) they can't find the cause. I'll update this with any information she's comfortable sharing as I get it.

Regardless of the cause she's going to be a bit down and out. For how long is up in the air. I'm setting this up as a way for anyone who has a few dollars to spare to help a friend. I'm unsure what her medical costs will end up being but any funds raised will go directly to her and used at her discretion of what will most help ease the stress of the situation, costs, and downtime.
