The More Self Love campaign

Hello! My name is Madalyn Ford and I am junior at Olympia High School. I started the More Self Love campaign to help bring light to a prevalent problem in high schools, eating disorders. The campaign not only brings awarnesss to eating disorders it also helps promote positive self body image in young adults. The creation of the campaign was in response to a lack of factual information brought to young adults about what an eating disorder is and how to get help, as well as encouraging people to accept and love themselves.
The More Self Love campaign goes into local high schools and has them dedicate a week out of their school year to be an eating disorder awareness week. Accompanying this week they also sell "More Self Love" shirts to their students and faculty, and all of the proceedes from the shirts get donated to nonprofit. During the week there are activities at lunches to help promote positive self body image, as well as an event where a counselor comes during the schools recreation period to give them a talk on eating disorders. The result of my first official campaign was a sale of 238 t-shirts, and the proceeds of the sales being $1,975 dollars, which will be donated to the National Eating Disorder Foundation.
The reason I am asking for $1,000 is to get my campaign and idea trademark as well as patented to not only protect but allow me to have the opportunity to present to other foundations to ask them to partner with me in hopes of putting my campaign on a national scale. Through partnering with an already established campaign it lets me grow and learn from them with the end result eventually being for me to be able to have the resources and knowledge to create my own non-profit foundation.
