The Moore Family

Because of her own survival instincts and the heroic actions of a local Parksville student, our dear friend has narrowly escaped an incredibly dangerous situation with her life.  The community has been left in shock after witnessing a domestic violence horror in the street, and a  local mother and her three children have been left to grapple with the trauma and struggle of losing a husband and father.  

Jen is an amazing mom. She works full time as a nurse and devotes the rest of her waking hours to providing for her children's needs and creating opportunities for them.  Because of their past involvement in the community (youth theater, dancing, girl guides, and air cadets) there has been a tremendous outpouring of care and concern.  Many have been asking what they can do to help.  At this tragic time the Moore family really needs financial support, love, and true compassion from our community.
