The teachers and students at Adair County Primary Center are working hard to increase math skills. As principal of the school it is always my goal to provide our students and teachers with the best tools we can. This summer our teachers are going to be putting in many extra hours to improve our math curriculum and make it more "hands on" for all of our students.
In order to make math come "alive" for all of our students we need manipulatives to put in their hands. We want our students to be equipped to be the best they can be as future Adair County citizens. As with all things anymore, these manipulatives are not free. This is where you can come in and help.
The goal is to raise at least $1000 per grade to go toward math manipulatives for Adair County Primary Center. If you believe in our students and want to help our cause we would be extremely grateful. The plan is to create individual math kits for our students to assist them in their math progress.
We hope to order materials this summer so we would love to reach our goal by June 30, 2016.
