Mom's Burial Plaque

My mother past away June 5th 2016. She had a beautiful funeral. This past Mother's Day I went to her burial ground to put roses on her grave. To my surprise my mother didn't have a burial headstone. I spoke to the people at Rolling Hills as to why my mother dosen't have a headstone. I was told it was never bought. I started crying because she was buried next to my father. So who does have one. As you can see its just grass and dirt. So can you please help me and my family get my mother a burial headstone. No amount is to small. Your help is highly appreciated..
