Momentum Center Annex

We're ending stigma and you can help!

The Momentum Center for Social Engagement assists teenagers and adults
with mental illness, addiction and disabilities by providing social
and recreational activities both on site and off. Studies show social
connection is the key to getting or staying healthy!

We have been given the opportunity to expand the Momentum Center to
the space next door (Momentum Center Annex), allowing us to offer more
activities including:
1) Teen Mentoring
2) Peer Support Groups
- for Parents of Teens and PreTeens
- for Parents of Children with Disabilities
- for Family Members of those with Mental Illness
- SMART Recovery
3) Yoga Classes
4) Meditation Classes
5) Other small group activities and classes

The community said we needed a place just like the Momentum Center -
and we made it happen. Now we have to do more. We need to expand our
reach to include more people who need a place of connection.

People who struggle with mental illness, addictions and disabilities
have genuine barriers to overcome. By giving to Extended Grace, you
help break down those barriers and demonstrate first-hand what it
means for us all to extend a little more grace to each other!
