Mom down, please help.

Please. I need help more than ever right now. I am a single mother of 4 kids. I have always had a good full time job to support my kids. Last year around this time I found a that a mole on my knee was burning and growing out of control fast. When I went in to the doctors, I found out it was a melanoma cancer and had a good portion of my knee taken out. At that point, the cancer was "supposed" to be gone. Now here I am 1 year later to find out that I am now in a stage 3A fighting for my life... Wednesday August 29th I am going in for a major surgery that is going to knock me down (not able to work) for most of the month of September... Due to the fact I will have a 12 inch wound with a drain bag... This situation right here has put me in a grave state where I do not know how I am going to manage my bills.. Rent, power, car , water ECT. If anyone is in my shoes as a single parent of multiples.... I am terrified of how I'm going to manage my sickness with my bills being the fact I cannot make it to work.. My son Brian plays football for reno wich is far out of my way which also costs a lot in gas.. To top it off, my car is slowly breaking down on me with a flickering check engine light that has made my life flash before my eyes. This is something I just cannot handle right now. Please, please if anyone can help me manage my bills so I can recieve treatments and rest after this surgery I am about to have and deal with chemo after... I have a long battle ahead for my surgeon fears the cancer cells have already been spread to my chest cavity. Please , someone, anyone help us..
