Mill Mountain Zoo is home to a spectacular array of animals from all over the world and has been part of our community since 1952. We will be celebrating our 65th anniversary this year! Along with our diverse collection of animals it offers one of the most breathtaking views of the Roanoke Valley.
Mill Mountain Zoo prides itself for delivering conservation education programs not only at the Zoo, but at local schools as well. It costs $2,500 per day to operate the Zoo and we need your help to get through the winter. Your donation goes directly towards our operations; most importantly, the feeding and care of the animals. Please donate to the zoo and share this note with family and friends to encourage them to do the same. No donation is too small and every dollar helps the animals!
