ZLT Hope Homes provides education from primary to secondary graduation to vulnerable children in Nairobi, Kenya. Since we opened our doors in 2013, our children have grown both physically and emotionally -- with 4 high school graduates now moving forward to post secondary studies!
Moving into 2019, our hope is to continue to provide our children with the same level of quality education. In January two of our eldest children, Felix and Daniel, will be starting college. Jane and Dennis, our current college students, will be continuing their college studies at their chosen academic institutions. Our young ones will also be returning to elementary school, with Charles and Hadija moving into Class 8....and Mary is beginning high school!
There are many exciting changes but with these changes come added expenses. College costs between $500 - $1000 CAD per semester (per child), while elementary school fees will total over $3,000 CAD.
In an effort to encourage our children to continue on a positive path we want to ensure that financial limitations are never a cause of distress. This holiday season we ask you to aid us in providing the gift of education to the children of ZLT.
