Send Miss Roman to the Picademy!

My name is Alexis Amore and I am starting this Campaign with Shannon Dougan. We are students here at Raritan High school and we are raising money for one of the best English teachers we know at Raritan. Her name is Sarah Roman and she incorporates technology within the classroom. "Continually pairing literacy with the device." She does amazing things and teaches English like we have never seen before. Miss Roman uses the Raspberry Pi and numerous devices to connect literacy with technology. She was offered a once in a life time opportunity to go to California and be one of the FIRST certified Raspberry Pi educators in America. Only about forty people were asked to attend Picademy. Miss Roman would have to catch her flight February 26th to attend their program for only two days, February 27th and 28th.  The money would be used to help get Miss Roman there. We would most likely need the funds before February 20th. This means a lot to us and the rest of her students because we all love her! She cares deeply about her students and we would not know what to do without her. We are also so curious to see her future projects she has in mind and this Piacdemy would definitely help her out with this. I know for sure Miss Roman would very much appreciate it, as well as her students.
