Pup needs a full pup life

REASON FOR MY SURGERY and info:

I can't run, play and do everything I want for more then 30 minutes or I start hurting... I need the bone where my knee sits to be deeper and my main leg bone is curved instead of straight.  I need both of those things done on both of my back legs.  And there's no other option then this surgery sadly.... so I can stop hurting as much as I do now.  

I got my X-ray's done July 7th 2018 and my dad was told the estimate of both legs.  It's gonna be 3,500-4,500 just for one leg and I need both done.  My dads having to put starting school on hold to get me what I need to have a 100% of the life I should be.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME:

My name is Priscilla (my dad is Jayden)

I'm now about 1 year and 9 months         
 (((my dad decided to make my yearly 6 months after getting me since I was about 1 year and 6 months when being adopted)))       
I was rescued April 17, 2018, living a happy loving life since the first day at home. 

My dad was told I was found as a stray but he doesn't believe thats true.  We are still learning everyday how to show me to live the dog life as a loved baby. My dad is my favorite person but I love everyone I see and always want to say hi. I love that me and my dad are both lazy and enjoy sleeping in late. 

Im learning and training to be a service dog and help my dad and hopefully others in the future. I just want to love and kiss everyone I see,  especially the guys.  

After some time of running like a crazy dog at the dog park my dad saw that after long  park fun I'd come home limping.  The 2nd time that happened I finally went to the vet to get it checked out and had all of this crazy news happen. 

All I want is to not hurt and do everything I want to with my dad and friends.  He works 2 full time jobs to support us and give us everything we need.  But all the help we could get to pay back one leg surgery and do the other will help soooooo much
