Mission Work In Guatemala

Dear Friends and Family,

I am writing to ask for your support of a mission trip to Guatemala.  I hope to join a team that works with an organization (Promised Land Ministries – check it out on facebook@promisedlandministriesguatemala) that provides much needed medical care and builds houses and provides water filtration to the poorest of the poor in and around San Lucus Tolimon. I have always wanted to serve in this way and I am excited about the possibility of doing so. I am asking for help with costs, including travel and supplies.  My goal is to raise $2000 for this mission.  If you can help, make your check out to First Congregational Church of Manchester and put Guatemala Mission Trip/Allison in the memo.  They have graciously offered to be the non-profit stateside.
