Missing pay at work

While in the hospital doctors discovered fluid surrounding my heart they immediately drain some of the fluid out but still have a lot more to drain. On day three of in hospital doctors and just injected me with the medication to help the rest of the fluid come out with most of the did. On day five they found more fluid ob on my lungs. So they asked for more observation due to the days that I've been in the hospital and will be in the hospital I will not be be getting paid at work and getting FMLA appoved. Anything can help
