I am Lorissa Turner, and I have the great honor and privilege to serve as your Miss Black Indiana USA 2015! I will represent Indiana in August 2015 at the Miss Black USA National Pageant. I am overwhelmingly excited to promote my platform which is "The T.E.S.T (Teen Education on Social Truths)" and serve my community, both of which I deeply value.
