MISION GUATEMALA

My name is Jossie Ochoa I'm from Los Angeles, CA helping coordinate this GoFundMe for the Mision Guatemala Team made up of 5 members at the moment. 

Thank you everyone for contributing and helping Mision Guatemala, we are fundraising money to help our people affected by #VolcanDeFuego in Guatemala. This natural disaster has left many families without shelter and without resources. Our plan is to buy supplies in Guatemala to provide aid to the survivors & THE RESCUE TEAM in the affected region.  The goal is to provide supplies the most efficient & direct way possible. We will provide updates on all of our our social media pages @MisionGuatemala   to keep everyone informed of all activities and help provided by our team.

PLAN:

I am personally managing the withdrawals from the campaign & coordinating these funds with my team.
We have helped Guatemala in the past by buying the items directly from local wholesale warehouses in Guatemala & we plan to do the same time around. This has worked for our team as the most efficient way in order to provide resources to the people in need. At the moment we are working with Guatemalan Residents who are volunteering to provide us with transportation in Guatemala City to reach the most affected villages. As soon as I am able to withdraw the funds from GoFundMe we will arrange for our team to fly out to Guatemala so we can personally make sure all the supplies needed will be distributed as promised. Proof of transfer of funds will be posted and shared as well as documentation of the full process just like we have done in the past.

- DIAPERS, SANITARY TOWELS, PLASTIC BAGS
- FACE MASK 
- WATER 
- RUBBING ALCOHOL 
- BLANKETS 


EVERYTHING WILL BE TAKEN DIRECTLY TO THE PEOPLE AFFECTED IN THIS NATURAL DISASTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
