.a series of events put me from being a proud city construction worker .to being laid off for a personal vendeter.and then being told by centrelink that i wont be recieving any payments for 8 weeks.but i will lose the place im currently renting.sorry sir
but i have repayments on my personal loan.sorry sir
i have worked all my life and yet you wont help.sorry

2 months before i got laid off work i had an accident where i tradjicly fell through a stair access.
how i even walked away from that fall still makes me wonder.but i did as always report the incident to my supervisor and all those involved.
the job which i had been proud to be apart of meant the world to me. i didnt want to lose my position and at the time the employment was very cut throat.so i didnt see a gp or go for workers comp. i tried to do the right thing for the company and my role within it.
i should have gone to the doctor straight away
so to cut it short i was struggling to keep up with the work pace and tasks required. i tried so hard to pull my weight. with the pain and struggle i was going through i assumed my position was safe atleast till ihad somewhat recovered.i was wrong.very wrong
MISCONDUCT is a word that i am now alot more familiar with.a word that your employer can use to basically ruin your life.a word not even backed up with facts or proof that can placed against you labelling you neglegent.
i have near 100 000 in my super
i have -280 in my bank
superanuation is there for when you retire and to aid you in the last years here.
41 years from now i can access that money without question.atm id have to be going through hardshipp
to be eligible.
hardship:ilness,unemployment or changed financial circumstances.
THATS ME THATS EXACTLY MY POSITION ATM
no sir you need to be recieving unemployment benefits for 6 months to be deemed as HARDSHIP ....wtf
so for not recieving a cent for 2 1/2 nearly 3 months
being told i have 1 week to pay 2800 or my locks will be changed isnt hardship then what is.
i have rang around and tried to beg borrow and steal just to try keep this place and food in my belly.my time is nearly up i give up.how can a world u try so hard to keep humble just turn its back on you like that.
so now i either pay this amount in full or im out on the grass..
