My friend, Miriam Nechama, is a sweet, beautiful soul. In December, 2018, she underwent emergency surgery for a gangrenous bowel after which she developed a hernia which also must be emergently surgically repaired.
She has a son who is going to school in Chicago and is in 10th grade. He desperately needs her there with him. He is struggling, REALLY struggling. He needs his mom. She has to be with him. She has an apartment ready for both.
