Holistic and comprehensive workshops focused on areas of identity building, stress reduction, insight development, and personal growth. Activities include drum circles, storytelling, art and drama experientials, music performances, adventure-based activities, and meditation/movement practices (e.g. Qi Qong, Yoga). These events are free of charge to all veterans and first responders!

Ongoing workshops are provided in order to develop cohesion, consistency, and continuity, as well as build expressive talents among the Veteran and First Responder Community.
Now here's where you come in! With your donation we will be able to provide this opportunity to veterans and first responders of all ages! We will be able to cover the costs of holistic workshops and experiences, classes, travel, supplies, and overhead charges that keep this program running and FREE for veterans.
