Million Transgender March For Justice

How much longer are we supposed to sit by while they continue to kill us Transgender women with no repercussions at all! Seven Tran's souls lost between January 1,2017 to March 1,2017. We say no more, no more, no more deaths. We are proposing a peaceful March in the one of the state that we are attacked and murdered the most.

 

All my Trans sister, brothers, non-binary, queer, intersex, the time is now. I am calling on Transgender leaders of color in other states to get involved in you State to mobilize people to go to Louisiana in August. I will be taking the lead on mobilizing Massachusetts. The Transgender Emergency Fund of Massachusetts is a 501c3 and all the donations we will receive toward funding this march is tax deductible. I suggest you partner with a non-profit in your area with a 501c3 to assist with holding funding generated to get to the march. I will be reaching out charter bus companies in MA and hotels in Louisiana for August!

Time is of the essence and we need to make this happen. The funds that we raise will allow us to rent charter buses to get folks who want to go from Boston MA to New Orleans LA, we will purchase hotel rooms for the one night we will be there. Also we will provide food, t-shirts, water, sun screen, hats, etc. People who want to go do NOT need to pay anything, your support is all we need. For those who want to go but can NOT for whatever reason a donation of any amount will help Massachusetts folks get there and I urge other states to do the same!
