Mila Moo's Road to Recovery

On Thursday, August 2nd our worst nightmare became our reality as Mila, at 7 weeks old, suddenly became very ill. We quickly made the decision to bring her to Cape Fear to seek medical treatment. From there things quickly started to get worse. After 24 hours they flew her to Duke, not sure that she would survive the 20 minute flight. The days following have been critical as Mila fights to get through all of this. She's still on a ventilator and survived one tough surgery already. She is slowly making progress, but she still has a long road to recovery. We've been asked to create a go fund me page for those who wish to donate as we begin this long journey back to health with little Mila. All donations are greatly appreciated, as well as every phone call, visit, words of encouragement, kind thoughts, and prayers.
