Miki's Cancer Treatment
Donation protected
Thank you so much for reading. Weʼre raising money to help fund my uncle Miki Bicanin's battle with GBM Stage 4, the most aggressive form of brain cancer, medically referred to as “The Terminator”.
A native of the Chicago/Wisconsin area, Miki is only 55 years old and married with 1 son and 3 daughters. He’s a truck driver who loves his job and being able to see so many different states. While on the road one day Miki suffered numbness in his arms and blurry vision. Miki called his wife and she advised him to pull over while she called 911. Miki spent 4 days in the local Pennsylvania hospital before finally returning home where he got horrible news from his local doctor: he had a mass on the left side of his temporal lobe and was being diagnosed with grade 4 Gliobastoma (GBM). Initially, Miki's life expectancy was indicated to be between 18- 24 months.
After surgery to remove as much of the mass as possible, Miki is undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments in hopes to extend his life. Treatment, however, is expensive, and our family is doing the best we can to help our uncle, his wife and their children. His medical bills have already exceeded $200,000. THIS IS WHY WE NEED YOUR DONATIONS!
Miki is currently living each day as it comes. Any donation big or small will help his family which is our family.
Our heartfelt thanks for your time and charity.
