As many of my family and friends are aware, I am currently in a very long and expensive litigation process executed by a prior employer. It has been a legal process that has truly placed immense financial pressure on me beyond words. I had no idea that the legal process would take this long for me to defend myself in court. I wish I could provide more on the case but based on legal process, I am unable to provide any details . All I can say is that I am anxiously awaiting the day when I am able to defend myself to a jury of my peers.
Bottom line, I have been paying legal bills for over 18 months so far and expect another 6-12 months based on what route the judge decides and legal process takes. I have paid over $300,000 in legal fees thus far. My savings and retirement accounts are about empty and though I hate to ask for it, I desperately need help as soon as possible.
I am hopeful that friends and those aware of my situation will be willing to help support my cause. I have spent my entire medical sales career focused on helping patients, customers, and those who I have been blessed to work with. Those who know me can verify that my heart has always been in the right place and I promise these funds will not be used in ANY way for my personal gain. I promise that every dollar donated to me will be used to pay legal fees.
If any funds are not used or needed for my legal process or if any funds are regained in some form of countersuit award, those donated dollars will be immediately donated to a VA charity to help support veterans in need. My goal is to get through this difficult time with your help and support. When that day comes when this is behind me, if there are funds available to help someone else, it will happen. I truly appreciate any help you can provide.
