Migo Ranch & Farms is a start-up green agribusiness registered and based in Nairobi, Kenya. Founders of the start-up have st out to produce different types of vegetables organically.
The founders have identified a serious health risk that Kenyans and visitors to Kenya are exposed to; poor quality vegetables that contain high levels of chemicals as a result of artificial fertilizers and pesticides used in farms.
We set out to produce different types of vegetables on commercial basis organically to ensure that both Kenyans and visitors to Kenya can access quality vegetables that are fresh, healthy and tasty.
We are trained in organic farming and have completed entrepreneurship training organized by SEED (https://www.seed.uno). We are now out to crowd-fund for the necessary start-up funds to enable us start our operations.
Ours is a crowd-funding with a difference. Unlike with many crowd-funding campaigns, we shall transform all donations we receive into shares. We therefore do not offer any give-aways but instead plan to pay out dividents on a quartely basis.
