On the 2nd January 2019, we lost a son, a brother, a great mate, a partner and a Father.
Just shy of his 40th Birthday, Walshy was suddenly taken from us. He touched so many with his enthusiasm for life, his passion for CrossFit, his dedication to his country as a member of The Royal Australian Air Force and his complete love for his 4 year old daughter Zahlee.
In dedication to Walshy the life he lead, a Remembrance Wod has been created #Walshy142, which approx 23 boxes will run on the 25th Jan.
I have created this page for anyone and everyone who is or isn't participating in the WOD and would like to show their support and donate towards the trust fund that has been set up for Zahlee. Even a $1 donation from all of us will add up and help Shan make the best decisions for Zahlee's future. All the funds raised on this page will be transferred to the trust fund.
Together, we can help ease the financial burden that comes with an unexpected loss like this and help secure a brighter future for Midgie and hopefully a slightly less stressful future for Shan.
